I was diagnosed with celiac disease about 15 years ago and it was very hard to take in after years of living and loving all foods from pasta, pizza to bread. Living in Germany it made it even more difficult as they are not so far ahead gluten free, it was very difficult for me to find places to eat. So I taught myself to make good gluten free alternatives, always making sure I have one snack or gf takeaway with me wherever I went. And quickly I noticed how much I enjoy cooking and baking. Once I started exploring this world, I quickly began to look more into vegetarian and eventually vegan options as well, since they go very closely with the gluten free alternatives too.
My journey began in a small kitchen, experimenting with different recipes until I found the perfect balance of flavours and gluten free, and nutrition! I always try to find ways to make good quality food that not only tastes great but also nourishes the body.
With Miracle Cuisine my goal is to make delicious and gluten free alternatives for everyone. I'm also very passionate about creating healthy options using fresh and quite often vegan ingredients. I believe that food should be both delicious and healthy, and I strive to make that a reality with every dish I create.
